Attention all Junior and Senior High School Students!

Applications for 2023 Ambassador Scholarship are due 10/28/2022.

IF INTERESTED in APPLYING to be a 2023 Fair Ambassador, please

follow these steps:

a. Download the blank application provided above.
b. Print Application
c. Complete ALL sections of the application. Please print or type your answers.
d. Submit your application no later than 2:00 pm on 10/28/2022.

YOUR APPLICATION CAN BE SUBMITTED ONE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:

fill out the form provided here with your name, phone, email and attach your completed application to the form, hit the submit application button. Must be submitted no later than 2:00 pm on 10/28/2022.
hand deliver your completed form to the CRF Office no later than 2:00 pm on 10/28/2022.
mail your completed form to the CRF Office (application must arrive before the 2:00 pm deadline on 10/28/2022)
